Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made through the Al Makkah Naturals website.

Products and information

Products are sold under their original brands. We aim to present product names, sizes, prices and descriptions accurately. Product information is provided for general reference and is not medical advice — please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The total shown at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount payable for your order.

Orders

Placing an order on the website sends your order to our team. An order is confirmed once our team has contacted you to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if the order details cannot be confirmed, and we will let you know if this happens.
